Terms & Conditions
1. One month’s salary towards service charges to be paid before flying, only through the payment link from the company.
2. The amount received towards the registration fee is non-refundable .
3. For any personal reason, performance issue, or breach, even if the employee himself quits, the job loss is assumed by the employee; the firm is not responsible.
4. Medical insurance and life insurance will be provided by the employer, which the firm arranges.
5. Safety of workplace, hostel environment, and embassy assurance are facilitated through the concerned embassy by the firm
6. The firm acts solely as a facilitator and is not liable for any disputes, claims, or losses arising after placement or during employment.
7. All personal data and documents collected will remain confidential and used only for job placement, except as required by law or with express written consent.
8. The firm does not guarantee visa issuance, travel arrangements, or compliance with immigration or labor laws unless separately agreed to in writing.
9. The firm shall not be responsible for verifying the authenticity of documents beyond reasonable checks; candidates and employers bear full responsibility for information supplied.
10. Any complaints or disputes about fees, services, or terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at the firm’s principal office.
11. Amendments to terms require mutual written consent; availing the firm’s services constitutes binding agreement
